In an open access model, we promise that readers don't pay for the subscription fee to access online published articles. In most cases, the author will be requested to pay the Article Processing Charges after the manuscript is accepted for publication. Only some fundamental costs like editing, production and peer-review are covered. The Article Processing Charges (APC) are only used to support publishers to make the published articles freely available to all readers and maintain normal operations of our company. In order to encourage the long-term scientific research, papers submitted to this journal from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023 will be published free of charge.
