Journal Proposal
To be eligible for this new journal proposal, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess expertise and experience in a field that is related to the journal;
- Have published at least six to eight papers in the last five years as either a first author or corresponding author;
- Currently hold an independent research position in academia or a government institute.
