Abstract

Science Publications (SCIPUB) launches the first issue of the World Journal of Civil Engineering and Architecture (WJCEA), which is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in civil engineering and architecture. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for engineers, researchers, scientists and academicians working in research and practice all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in all aspects of Civil Engineering and Architecture, including all related disciplines. WJCEA serves both the academic and industrial communities around the world and contributes to the progress and application of science through its dissemination.

World Journal of Civil Engineering and Architecture (WJCEA) is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer review, together with strict ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, or bogus claims of authorship should be taken very seriously by the editors, with zero tolerance.

All original research papers published by World Journal of Civil Engineering and Architecture (WJCEA) are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication. To be able to provide open access articles, WJCEA defrays operation costs from authors and subscription charges only for its printed version. Open access publishing allows an immediate, worldwide, barrier-free, open access to the full text of research papers, which is in the best interests of both the academic and industrial communities.
