What is Article Processing Charge (APC)?

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are fees paid to cover the costs of open access publishing. Unlike traditional subscription-based journals that charge readers, open access journals charge authors (or their funders/institutions) to make articles freely available to everyone immediately upon publication.

No Submission Fees: We do not charge any fees for submitting manuscripts. APCs are only applicable upon acceptance for publication.

When do I need to pay the APC?
APC is due only after your manuscript has been accepted for publication. You will receive an invoice upon acceptance, with payment typically due within 30 days.
Is the APC refundable if my manuscript is rejected?
No, we do not charge any fees until after acceptance. If your manuscript is rejected, you will not be charged anything.
How do I apply for a fee waiver?
You can request a fee waiver during the submission process. Provide justification and supporting documentation. Waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, our pricing is completely transparent. The APC covers all publication costs. There are no additional fees for color figures, page charges, or supplementary materials.
What is your refund policy?
APCs are non-refundable once the publication process has commenced. If you withdraw your manuscript after acceptance and before publication, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
