Formatting Requirements

Please ensure your manuscript follows these formatting guidelines before submission:

File Format Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) or LaTeX (.tex)
Page Layout A4 or Letter size, 1-inch margins
Font Times New Roman, 12pt for body text
Line Spacing Double-spaced throughout
Page Numbers Number all pages consecutively
Line Numbers Continuous line numbers (recommended for review)
Length Research articles: 5,000-8,000 words; Reviews: up to 10,000 words

Manuscript Structure

Organize your manuscript in the following order:

  1. Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, corresponding author contact
  2. Abstract: 150-250 words summarizing background, methods, results, and conclusions
  3. Keywords: 4-6 keywords for indexing
  4. Introduction: Background, research question, objectives
  5. Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology, statistical analysis
  6. Results: Findings with tables and figures
  7. Discussion: Interpretation of results, limitations, comparison with previous work
  8. Conclusion: Summary and implications
  9. Acknowledgments: Funding sources, contributors
  10. References: Complete citation list
  11. Supplementary Materials: Additional data, code, appendices
Tip: Use clear section headings and ensure logical flow between sections.

Figures & Tables

Figures

  • High-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI)
  • Acceptable formats: TIFF, JPEG, EPS, PDF, SVG
  • Number figures consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.)
  • Provide clear captions below each figure
  • Ensure text in figures is legible at 100% size
  • Obtain permission for any copyrighted images

Tables

  • Use the table tool in Word (not tabs or spaces)
  • Number tables consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
  • Place captions above tables
  • Keep tables simple and avoid excessive formatting
  • Use footnotes for explanations of abbreviations

References

Use one of the following citation styles consistently throughout your manuscript:

  • APA 7th Edition: Author-date in-text citations
  • Vancouver: Numbered citations
  • Harvard: Author-date with full reference list
  • Chicago: Notes-bibliography or author-date
Reference Managers: We recommend using reference management software like Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote.

Ethical Guidelines

Authors must adhere to the following ethical standards:

Originality and Plagiarism

Submitted work must be original and not published elsewhere. All sources must be properly cited. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.

Authorship

All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the work. Corresponding author ensures all co-authors have approved the final version.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the work.

Human and Animal Subjects

Research involving human participants must have ethical approval and informed consent. Animal studies must follow institutional guidelines.

Data Availability

Authors should make data supporting their findings available whenever possible.

Manuscript formatted according to guidelines

All figures and tables have captions
References complete and correctly formatted

  • Standard APC: $150 per accepted article
  • Special discount: $99 per accepted article for authors from low-income countries
  • Discounts: 20% discount for reviewers and editorial board members
No Submission Fees: We do not charge any fees for submitting manuscripts.

Q: Can I submit to multiple journals simultaneously?

No, simultaneous submissions are not allowed. Submit to one journal at a time.

Q: How long does peer review take?

Typically 4-6 weeks for first decision, depending on reviewer availability.

Q: Can I suggest reviewers?

Yes, you may suggest potential reviewers during submission. The editor will make the final selection.

Q: What if I need to make corrections after submission?

Contact the editorial office before the review process begins. After acceptance, only minor corrections are allowed.

Q: Do I retain copyright?

Yes, authors retain copyright. Articles are published under Creative Commons licenses (typically CC BY 4.0).
