Guidelines for Authors

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original. Any use of others' work must be properly cited and referenced. Plagiarism in all forms—including self-plagiarism—is unethical and unacceptable. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.

Authorship and Contributorship

All listed authors must have made substantial intellectual contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. The corresponding author ensures that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version. Gift, guest, or ghost authorship is prohibited.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence their work. A conflict of interest statement is required at the time of submission.

Data Availability and Reproducibility

Authors should make the data supporting their findings available whenever possible. Transparency in data reporting enables reproducibility and verification of results.

Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication

Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Publishing the same research in multiple journals constitutes unethical behavior.

Research Involving Human or Animal Subjects

Research involving human participants must have ethical approval and informed consent. Animal studies must comply with institutional guidelines for animal care and use.

Guidelines for Reviewers

Confidentiality

Reviewers must maintain strict confidentiality. Manuscripts are privileged communications and should not be shared or discussed with others outside the review process.

Timeliness

Reviewers should respond promptly to invitations and submit reviews within the agreed timeframe. If unable to review, decline promptly so alternatives can be found.

Objectivity and Fairness

Reviews must be objective, constructive, and free from personal criticism. Judgments should be based on scientific merit, not nationality, gender, or institutional affiliation.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality. If a conflict exists, decline the review invitation.

Acknowledgment of Sources

Reviewers should identify any relevant published work not cited by the authors. Any similarity between the manuscript and other works should be reported.

Guidelines for Editors

Editorial Independence

Editors make decisions based on scientific merit, not commercial interests or personal relationships. Editorial independence is fundamental to maintaining trust in the publication process.

Fair Play

Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on their intellectual content without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, or political philosophy.

Confidentiality

Editors must not disclose information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than reviewers and editorial staff.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where they have conflicts of interest. Alternative editors should be assigned.

Investigation of Misconduct

Editors have a duty to investigate allegations of misconduct and take appropriate action, including contacting institutions or issuing corrections.
