Results of gene set enrichment analysis showed that adherens junction, calcium signaling pathway, cell adhesion molecules cams, ECM receptor interaction, focal adhesion, MAPK signaling pathway, TGF-β signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway were enriched in GUCY1A2 high expression group.
