Long term data on obstructive sleep apnea treatment in insomnia and anxiety related disorders - importance in the post-covid19 era?

Figure 3.

The hazard ratio of increasing body-mass index over time in obese obstructive sleep apnea patients with comorbid obstructive sleep apnea and problems with initiating and/or maintaining sleep seem to have much better control over their body weight. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea and no known psychiatric disorder increased their weight significantly more over the time while continuing CPAP treatment with sufficient daily compliance.
