2. Formatting Requirements
Please ensure your manuscript follows these formatting guidelines:

4. Figures & Tables
Figures
- High resolution (minimum 300 DPI)
- Formats: TIFF, JPEG, EPS, SVG
- Number figures consecutively
- Provide clear captions
Tables
- Use Word's table tool
- Number tables consecutively
- Place captions above tables
- Avoid excessive formatting
5. References
We recommend using one of the following citation styles:
APA 7th Edition
Vancouver
Harvard
Chicago
Use reference management software (Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote) for accurate citations.
6. Submission Checklist

7. Ethical Guidelines
